She joined the teaching faculty at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto in 2001, where she taught for seven years, and was previously on faculty at the Yamaha Music School from 1998-2001. During this time, Jennifer trained extensively in various methodologies for very young beginners, and nurtured many children through these programs. Through the years, many of her students have received high honours and awards in examinations and festivals, and have gone on to pursue postsecondary studies in music.

Jennifer moved to Thunder Bay with her family in 2011, and has enjoyed her involvement in the thriving arts scene of the city. She continues to perform, and enjoys her teaching immensely. Jennifer maintains a vibrant studio of students pursuing excellence in both classical and popular genres. She is a member of ORMTA (Ontario Registered Music Teachers’ Association), and has been a member of the College of Examiners for the Royal Conservatory of Music since 2016.
